Downingtown PA real estate, located in southeastern Pennsylvania approximately 30 miles west of the city of Philadelphia. Caln Township is traversed by Route 30 and is approximately 15 minutes from King of Prussia and 30 minutes from the city of Lancaster. The Route 30 area is one of the most rapidly developing areas within southeastern Pennsylvania.
Caln Township is located within the suburban ring of development surrounding Philadelphia. Excellent access is available from Routes 30, 340, 322 and Route 100 that is nearby. It is approximately 45 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport via the Schuylkill Expressway.
This Township offers the convenience of a suburban location while retaining much of its rural character. The Township is within 90 minutes to either the Pocono resort area or the New Jersey Shore area.
