Eagleview is located in both Downingtown PA 19335 and Exton PA 19341, in Uwchlan Township.
It is part of a planned community that includes residential, commercial, corporate and recreational spaces and was built by Hankin Group. Within the residential areas are single family homes, townhomes, rentals, 55+ rentals, and condominiums. The concept has been very popular in that you can live, work and play within one community. There are restaurants and shopping in the Town Center. Popular in the summer are the concerts and farmers market held in Eagleview Town Center.
