Welcome to Eagleview

Eagleview is located in both Downingtown, PA 19335 and Exton, PA 19341, in Uwchlan Township.
 
It is part of a planned neighborhood that includes residential, commercial, corporate and recreational spaces and was built by Hankin Group. Within the residential areas are single family homes, townhomes, rentals, 55+ rentals, and condominiums. The concept has been very popular in that you can live, work and play within one community. There are restaurants and shopping in the Town Center. Popular in the summer are the concerts and farmers market held in Eagleview Town Center.
 
There are two sections of what is typically called Eagleview – Eagleview and Claremont Village. Over time, the distinction seems to have become blurred since most properties are listed in the MLS as being in Eagleview. It is within the Downingtown Area School District with students attending Uwchlan Hill Elementary School, Lionville Middle School, and Downingtown East High School.
 
The neighborhood was built circa 1998. The neighborhood includes townhomes, single family detached homes, apartments, condominiums, and senior housing. The house square footage for the singles averages 2,650 SF and the average lot size is approximately 0.23 acres. The fees include common area maintenance, lawn maintenance, snow removal, trash removal, swim fee, tennis court, clubhouse, management fee, playground. The house square footage for the townhouses averages 2,600 SF and the average lot size is approximately 0.03 acres. The neighborhood has Public Water and Public Sewer.
